PROCEDURE: A micro-sized MiniStim PNS device (much smaller than other PNS) is implanted-near the affected nerve-with a 3mm minimal incision, using local anesthesia.

TRANSMITTER: The MiniStim device is controlled by a comfortable, wearable transmitter which the patient clips onto clothing. By simply pressing a button, the patient activates the MiniStim PNS device to deliver pain relief as needed: whenever and wherever they are.
